Testing Models of Virus Capsids Using Emerging and Re-Emerging Viruses

Project Description
The purpose of this project is to examine
the capsid structure of viruses and determine if all combinations of
the protines in the capsid can be determined mathematicly. Developments
As of now we have narrowed the scope of viruses and have decided to focus on the new virus Ebola.
